Headteacher

Our next Headteacher will be expected to build on the school's current strengths and successes, deliver on its immediate needs and help shape its future. It is important that applicants demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in order to lead the school through the changing national, diocesan and local landscape. Specifically they will need to engage with the developing Diocesan MAT landscape.
We demand high standards of our students, our staff, and ourselves as governors and expect our Headteacher to do the same. Applicants are required to be practising Catholics who will provide the Catholic leadership the school requires.
We provide a stimulating working environment in the World Heritage City of Bath. In addition, you will benefit from a dedicated, talented and professional staff team and a governing body that will support your leadership and professional development.
