The pupils at our school are respected, their talents are nurtured, and they thrive. We provide excellent, individualised education for every one of our pupils, aimed at preparing them for their future life after Oscott Manor. The motto of our school is ‘Ready. Respectful. This is a fantastic opportunity for a an aspiring or current Headteacher to pave the way for the next chapter of our school, ensuring that specialist and tailored teaching, learning, care, and support is at the heart of everything we do.

There is also exciting potential for the school to expand over the next few years, with the creation of further places on a designated Post-16 site within walking distance of the new school.

In return, we can offer you the chance to develop your career as a special school Headteacher surrounded and supported by dedicated and talented colleagues.
