The current Headmaster has led the school with great success since 2012 and the Governors are now seeking an outstanding successor to build upon and enhance the school’s achievements and standards from September 2018.

Hallfield School is a flourishing co-educational Prep School, renowned for the quality of its extended curriculum and excellent academic reputation. One of the largest Prep Schools in the country our pupils range from 3 months to 13 years with nearly 600 on roll.  Situated in the centre of leafy Edgbaston, close to the University of Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the school has extensive 22-acre grounds which include two Astro pitches and a fitness suite.
