The Governing Board of Washacre School is looking to appoint an experienced, aspirational and inspirational leader who can take this school forward into the next phase of its ongoing development. You must have a proven track record of raising achievement, an ability to inspire and motivate others to deliver the strategic vision for the school, as well as the capability to communicate effectively with the whole school community.
