Due to the retirement of the current Headteacher, the Governing Board of this outstanding nursery school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational leader with the skills to build on the school’s considerable strengths and ensure its future success.

• Has the ability to sustain and develop the character and high standards of the nursery and day care centre
• Has a proven track record of leadership, management and organisation
• Has the vision, passion and enthusiasm to further develop the role of the nursery and day care centre as a centre of excellence for early years education in Bolton
• Is an excellent communicator, developing relationships within the nursery and day care centre, local community and its partner agencies.
