Headteacher - Brookmead School, Buckinghamshire

Brookmead is a delightful Buckinghamshire village school, currently rated ‘good’ by Ofsted. We are seeking an enlightened and inspiring Headteacher, who has the drive and imagination to lead our school community, and continue to develop our innovative and distinctive learning experience. 

You will be naturally curious about learning and development, drawing on evidence-based research to support innovative practice, and foster a strong culture of nurture and inclusion. You will maintain the strong relationships and trust that have been developed across the wider community, and engage effectively with pupils, parents, staff, governors and all stakeholders. You will have leadership experience within a successful primary school, and have demonstrated your strong self-evaluation and strategic-planning skills. 

You will be supported by a dedicated staff team, a committed governing body and have the privilege of working with our amazing pupils.
