About you

The successful candidate will:

• Have a clear understanding of the Ofsted Framework and be able to communicate these expectations so that they are understood and acted upon
• Have successful senior leadership experience with evidence of making a difference to pupil outcomes
• Have a proven record as an outstanding practitioner and a willingness to demonstrate best practice in our school
• Be a nurturing leader who can promote resilience and can demonstrate a firm commitment to pupil and staff wellbeing
• Have the leadership skills to inspire, encourage and continue to develop a committed and dedicated staff team
• Have a proven ability and desire to develop strong relationships with parents and carers
• Have a clear vision in leading a creative, systemic and inclusive curriculum and extracurricular activities
• Promote inclusion and remove all barriers to education and extracurricular activities with a positive focus on SEND pupils
• Be a confident communicator who can strengthen links with the parish and local community
• Be energetic and able to demonstrate compassion and kindness with a good sense of humour
• Be able to lead a Church of England school, understanding the importance of Christianity within the school setting.
