The children, staff and governors wish to appoint a Headteacher from September 2017/January 2018. We are looking for someone who has the passion to enable our children to reach their full potential and who will:

• Encourage a love of learning in our pupils, parents and community.
• Have the ability to sustain and further develop the Christian ethos of the school.
• Be an outstanding leader who builds upon the strengths of the school enabling the school to further improve.

• Understand the importance of every member of the community and will take time to know parents, governors and community members.
• Have proven leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to recognise and develop the skills of all staff.
• Be determined to keep the children at the heart of the learning process.
