Willingham Primary School is a remarkable school in the heart of the dynamic and growing village of Willingham. A two form entry primary school with its own preschool and busy extended schools provision.

Our vision is to be a school where everyone is valued as an individual, encouraged in their ambition, celebrated in their successes, supported in their challenges and accepted in their uniqueness.

Following the recent retirement of our current headteacher, we will be looking to appoint a Headteacher from January 2018. The ideal candidate will be able to build on the foundations laid by our current Head but also somebody who can rise to future challenges, taking us further along the path to becoming an outstanding school. We would like to appoint a leader with a clear vision who will work and communicate well with staff, children, parents, carers and governors.
