We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record of school improvement who can retain the excellent character of the school whilst continuing this improvement work from RI to outstanding. Our ideal candidate should have the talent to inspire staff and students and further nurture the confidence and aspirations of our community to become our new Headteacher of Dobwalls School from 1 September 2021, or earlier if possible. The school is part of South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust (SMART) and as a successful candidate you would join our committed team of Headteachers who work collaboratively across the Trust.
