Due to the promotion of the current Headteacher, the Governors of Findern Primary School invite applications for the role of Headteacher.
Findern Primary School is a high-performing, oversubscribed primary school, educating 200 children on a beautiful countryside site at the edge of the village of Findern in South Derbyshire. The school has a proud tradition of academics’ excellence with consistently outstanding SATs results and Good Ofsted inspections. We have a strong commitment to the natural environment in which the school is built, including being an official Forest School and have been recently awarded the coveted Green Flag Award.
The school develops the talents and strengths of each individual, encouraging children to excel in a range of creative, sporting and intellectual pursuits with fun at its heart.

The closing date for applications is 7th October 2018, shortlisting 10th October 2018.
Interviews will be held on the 23rd and 24th of October 2018.
We would like to extend an invitation by appointment for applicants to visit the school to meet the team and pupils on 8th October.
