Burton Bradstock CE Primary School is a one class entry primary situated in a thriving community that serves a diverse catchment of families.  The school has recently been inspected by Ofsted and has a ‘Good’ rating with a very positive report overall.  It was also graded ‘Good’ in its latest SIAMS Inspection. The school has a distinctive Christian ethos and vision which permeates the day to day life of the school and its strategic planning.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced senior leader as Headteacher at this successful Church of England School.

Our new Headteacher will be:

 Fully supportive of the school’s Christian vision and values and will be committed to maintaining the close links between the school and the Church, especially St. Mary’s Burton Bradstock       

 Passionate about education and ensuring all children are safe, happy and achieve well

 An exceptional practitioner who has demonstrated sound leadership and management skills

 A creative and strategic thinker

 Committed to an inclusive environment where the wellbeing of staff, children and the community are paramount.

 A member of the Trust Leadership Group and work alongside the Executive Principal and other Headteachers to steer the Trust.
