Headteacher -  Lulworth and Winfrith CE VC Primary School 

Salary Range: £48711 to £56512 (L10 – L16)  

On the retirement of our Headteacher of ten years, Governors are looking for an inspirational and energetic individual to build on the school’s progress and success of recent years.    

Lulworth & Winfrith Primary School is an outstanding small primary school on two sites set on the stunning Jurassic Coast, with modern facilities and exceptional opportunities for teaching outside the classroom. Top in the league of Primary schools in Dorset in 2016, the school has an excellent basis for further development of the new curriculum.  There is scope for wider educational opportunities in cooperation with the Purbeck Education Partnership.  An established and highly motivated team will support ambitious initiatives with good humour and generosity of spirit.
