Headteacher

Our longstanding Headteacher is retiring and we are seeking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher to lead our thriving nursery school and children’s centre.

We are looking for a leader with:

• A commitment to and passion for the work of nursery schools and children’s centres
• An exemplary track record of strategic and team leadership in the early years.
• A passion for improving teaching and learning and the ability to lead the development and achievement of high standards across the Centre.
• The ability and commitment to lead with integrity, creativity, resilience and an aspirational outlook that inspires staff and families.
• The vision and the ability to impact on the strategic development of the Locality Partnership.
• The energy and drive necessary to maintain and develop the centre’s position and reputation in the community.
