At St. Pancras Catholic Primary School we aim to provide the highest quality education for all in a nurturing, supportive, vibrant and inclusive learning environment. In 2018 OFSTED rated our school Good, with Outstanding in Early Years. Our recent Section 48 inspection rated us Outstanding in all areas. 

We are seeking a Head Teacher with the ability to lead our school in these changing times. We need someone with integrity, drive and determination, but also with empathy and understanding of the needs of our diverse school family. 

The Catholic Faith is at the heart of our community and we believe that every child, whatever their background or ability, is valued and deserves the best possible start in life. Applicants must be practising Catholics.

Our school, in the County Town of Lewes, is within the South Downs National Park. The region offers a wide range of historical, natural and cultural opportunities. We have good public transport links to London, nearby Brighton and the south coast.
