Following the retirement of our highly valued and much respected Headteacher, the Governors of this oversubscribed, friendly, supportive and diverse community Academy, supported by the Trust Board, are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader who will put students at the heart of everything the school does.   

Ellesmere Park High School will suit a leader who:   

• can continue to develop a culture which motivates, empowers and develops all school staff, students and parents to have the highest of expectations and aspirations and who will hold all to account for this mission.

• is a great communicator and who will lead with integrity and emotional intelligence at all times.

• has the commitment and passion to help every student achieve their potential academically, socially and as young citizens in a diverse community.  


If appointed you will lead this successful 11-16 Academy on its continuing journey to become truly outstanding in all aspects of school life, and you will show a demonstrable commitment to working with all key stakeholders: students, staff, parents/carers, Governors and, importantly, the wider community of Salford.
