Ivy Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader for the position of headteacher at Eastfield Primary School. The school is a two form entry academy with a nursery and a separately funded ARP unit. It serves a multi-cultural and diverse community in North London.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving school improvement and will be able to take our school to its next phase of development by building on our successes to achieve excellence in all that we do. The candidate will need to have an uncompromising focus on achieving best outcomes for all our children, irrespective of their backgrounds.

As part of the Ivy family of schools, the headteacher at Eastfield will have a strong understanding of collaborative working across other schools and an absolute commitment to developing the talent of staff at every level.
