Job overview

We are a heavily over-subscribed two form entry Voluntary Aided Church of England primary school. Our current Headteacher has been appointed as a Schools Adviser to the London Diocesan Board for Schools (LDBS) and we are looking for an exceptional Headteacher to lead and further develop our Outstanding school. The successful applicant will ideally join us by the beginning of the Spring Term 2017.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who

  • can maintain and develop standards of education and pastoral care;
  • demonstrates a personal commitment to enhancing and developing the Christian ethos and Anglican traditions of our school;
  • has a genuine passion for teaching and learning with high expectations of staff and pupils;
  • has experience of training, developing and mentoring trainee teachers;
  • promotes a strong ethos of partnership with the whole school community and beyond.
