Based a few miles north of Kettering in the picturesque village of Geddington, the school has a history of over 220 years and the next chapter of this history is waiting to be written.
The governors would like to appoint an outstanding Headteacher for September 2021, who has a proven track record of sustained improvement within the Primary Sector and a desire to deliver the best educational practices available to the pupils who attend our school.
You will need to have experience of successful headship, acting headship or deputy headship and be able to demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the concepts of our embedded ethos of Care, Respect, Responsibility, Joy and Excellence in Learning.
You will:

Group 2 Salary Range: L9 – 15 (£51,402 - £59,581)
