“Learning from each other – achieving together”
We are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher to our vibrant school. We believe this gives someone a wonderful opportunity to work with our children who say that they want a Headteacher with enthusiasm, a sense of humour and who will enjoy getting to know, and work with, them.
The Governors are seeking an outstanding individual who has the vision and ability in today’s ever changing education environment to take our successful Foundation School forward. You will be able to demonstrate past successes in previous posts, and ambition to seek out a new challenge as an educational professional in our large primary school on the outskirts of Cheltenham.
In return we will offer you staff who are committed to providing the best possible opportunities for our children and a Leadership Team and Governing Body who will support and challenge you. You will have the pleasure of working with our fantastic children who are keen to learn and develop as individuals and responsible members of society.
Our closing date for application is 6th January 2017 at 3pm.This will be followed by shortlisting, visits to your current schools, and the interview process. We will expect to appoint by the 26th January 2017.
Ideally we would like the successful candidate to be in post to start after Easter. However, for the right candidate we are prepared to wait for a start at the beginning of the new academic year in September 2017.
