Kingscourt Preparatory School & Nursery opened in 1995 in the small village of Catherington, East Hampshire. Tucked away just off the A3 between Petersfield (15 miles to the north) and Portsmouth (17 miles to the south), it has a small cohort of 130 pupils aged between 2 years 9 months, and 11.

We are seeking to recruit an inspirational leader and custodian for students, colleagues, and parents as the Head of Kingscourt Preparatory School. This is a for-profit school within the Cognita group. Our Heads are appointed to ensure continuous improvement in all areas, delivering a Holistic Cognita Education whilst ensuring the overall commercial success of the school.

This is an excellent role for an experienced deputy head or headteacher looking to make a real difference in the success of a school. Kingscourt is a wonderful environment in which to learn and grow - and to work!

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend first-round interviews on Monday, 12th December 2022. Successful candidates, after Day 1, will be invited to meet with Michael Drake, CEO of Europe for a final stage interview to take place via Teams.

The new Head will be expected to take up the post in April / September 2023.
