The Management Committee (Governing Body) are seeking to appoint an outstanding, unique, enthusiastic and inspirational leader who will continue to build upon the Centre’s many successes and drive forward developments to ensure that the vision for outstanding provision is realised.  

OFSTED judged the Centre to be good in all areas (2013). We wish to build on this further, with exceptional leadership and management, consistently high quality teaching and learning which facilitates the best possible outcomes for all students.

We are looking for a ‘talented and evolutionary’ professional who has:

• An innovative approach to ensure all children/young people achieve their potential whilst promoting an ‘I believe’ culture
• A proven ability to promote an inclusive culture
• Evidence of leading curriculum development, tracking and assessment
• Commitment to leading staff development, including health and wellbeing
• The ability to develop new and innovative partnerships that enhance the experience for all

The Key Education Centre is located in Gosport with tuition provided on-site and off-site to meet the identified needs of the students and referring local schools.
