An exceptional opportunity to lead a much-loved, outstanding Catholic primary school into the future.
St Joseph’s Harrow is a two form entry Catholic primary school serving the parish of St. Joseph in Wealdstone. A vibrant Catholic school with a passion for innovative learning where Christ is at the heart of everything
As a practising Roman Catholic in good standing with the church, your drive and vision will help us to continue to maximise the development and achievements of all our pupils, as well as contributing to our local communities.
We are intent on building on the very firm foundations that our present Headteacher has developed and want to continue to provide an excellent academic and pastoral education for every child in our care. Our school is a happy, forward looking school with a strong history of success. We strive to create an environment wherein each child is nurtured and cherished for what they are and challenged to be the best that they can be.
Our school has been assessed by Ofsted as “Outstanding” and we are determined to both maintain that standard and improve upon it. Far from relaxing we see this as a starting point for the development of new and innovative strategies that will lead to even higher standards.
The school is currently undergoing conversion to Academy status and will form part of the Harrow Catholic schools CAT, Governors see this as another opportunity for the school to share best practice and work closely with our other local Catholic schools. The Harrow CAT will be a small a trust of 6 schools, each school will have its own Headteacher retaining the autonomy they currently have.
