This is an exciting and challenging role as Headteacher of a Junior School that prides itself on being a high-achieving and ambitious school, where children come first.

Minet Junior School is a successful and popular primary school with a longstanding presence in its local community, near Hayes town centre. The school promotes and believes in a progressive, child-centred ethos that must be embraced and fostered. 

Minet Junior School has been through a number of years of change and development and is now in a stable place to begin embedding the changes made and move into building a strong, positive and engaging learning environment for all its pupils, staff and parents.
