Based in Cheshunt, Flamstead End School is an over subscribed two form entry Primary, Nursery and Pre-School.  Rated as Outstanding in our latest Ofsted inspection (January 2015) we believe that a key part of this success is the strong links and relationships that have been developed between staff, pupils, parents and the broader school community.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational leader with the following attributes, who will continue to drive our school forward: 

• Able to coach and mentor our experienced team to continued sustained success
• Ability to provide professional opportunities for our staff to develop and create succession planning
• Open and encouraging to Governors working closely with them to ensure the best outcomes for the children and the school
• Forward thinking and able to keep us ahead of forthcoming changes
• Able to lead and work with Governors on the future options for our Academy
