Salary: Group 1, Leadership L7 – 13 (£51,470 - £59,558 p.a.)

Contract: Permanent – Full time

Required from Autumn Term 2023

Kewstoke School is a small, thriving primary school maintained by North Somerset Local Authority. The school was graded as ‘good’ by Ofsted in June 2018. Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, the Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational, creative, and innovative leader.

The successful candidate will:

• be able to articulate a vision and demonstrate strategic leadership to enhance the quality of education
• inspire and lead colleagues and support a positive culture of improvement
• have excellent knowledge of classroom practice
• have successful leadership experience
• be able to deliver an education which ensures that children thrive, regardless of background or prior attainment.
