At Dixons Broadgreen Academy our mission is to provide all students with a first-class education; one that opens every door in their adult life to maximise their life chances in the future.

We are committed to empowering every individual so that they fulfil our mission of ensuring every student succeeded at University or real life alternative, thrived in a top job and lived their best life. Students and staff are committed to three core values that underpin who we are and how we behave.

Dixons Broadgreen is part of Dixons Academies Trust.  At Dixons, we are committed to making a difference where it matters most. We work to improve the future for thousands of children in the parts of the north of England where young lives are adversely affected by social and educational disadvantage.

We believe that every child, regardless of their background, should be able to fulfil their academic potential and go on to thrive amongst the demands and expectations of 21st century life.

We are ambitious for every child we teach and want to see a society that benefits from the contributions of our well-educated and empowered young people who come through our network of high-performing non-faith academies. We make a difference to young lives by being that difference and defying the disadvantage we see.

Dixons Academies Trust

The Dixons Academies Trust is a family of 14 schools in Liverpool, Bradford and Leeds: 3 primaries, 8 secondaries, 2 all-through and one standalone sixth form. We are committed to making a difference where it matters most:

• Values driven

• Over 30 years of challenging educational and social disadvantage

• Ambitious for every child and highly inclusive

• Always in the top 5 nationally for progress at secondary

• Committed to recruiting a diverse workforce

• Exceptional colleagues will support you to be your best

• Low staff turnover

We establish high-performing non-faith academies which maximise attainment, value diversity, develop character and build cultural capital. By the age of 18, we want every student to have the choice of university or a high-quality apprenticeship.
