The Governing body of Copthall School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, dynamic and visionary Headteacher to establish the pathway of school improvement at this all girls’ secondary school and sixth form.

The new Headteacher will work alongside the Governing Body to develop a new and exciting curriculum, and create and embed a culture and vision for the school to enable rapid school improvement. Copthall has recently been judged as “Requires Improvement”, and the Governors are now seeking to appoint a Headteacher who has an entrenched understanding of School Improvement who, alongside a passionate and determined Governing Body, can build and establish a new future for Copthall School.

Copthall offers the rare opportunity of single-sex education for students across a diverse and multi-cultural cohort of all abilities.
