Headteacher

We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead us on a journey to becoming an Outstanding school. This is a full-time post, but we would consider applications from those wishing to work 0.8 FTE.

We are a one form entry school in Lambeth, rated “Good” school (Ofsted, February 2019), that has always been popular with local parents.  It is known for its caring, nurturing environment, its strong Christian ethos (SIAMS Good/Outstanding December 2016) and links with the local parish.  We have a broad and diverse approach to curriculum learning and a committed parent body.

We are looking for someone who: 

• Is an inspirational team leader.
• Can model and embed the school’s Vision and Values through their leadership.
• Will continue to improve attainment and progress for all children.
• Can build on strong community links, including with the parish of Herne Hill.

Our new Headteacher will benefit from the support of a dedicated teaching and support staff, experienced, committed governors with high ambitions for the school as well as a parent body actively involved across many areas of school life.
