Gill Blowers Nursery School is a popular and diverse school, located on a split site.  Governors are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher to take the school forward on its journey from Requires Improvement to Outstanding.  Whether you are an experienced Headteacher, or a Deputy looking for your next exciting challenge, you will have a passion for early years education and an understanding of the current pressures faced by nursery schools.

Gill Blowers Nursery Leabank site is located in Marsh Farm, Luton, on the ground floor of a tower block of flats.  The Mossdale site is in Hockwell Ring, also on the ground floor of a tower block of flats.  Our families speak a wide range of home languages and come from diverse backgrounds and cultures.  As well as providing funded places for two year olds we also offer resourced provision for a number of children with severe and complex special needs.  The school has a supportive governing body that will be looking to you to maximise the potential of our committed staff team and carefully control our budget.   Your strategic leadership will ensure that all our children are encouraged to fulfil their individual potential, grow in self-confidence and develop respect for those around them.
