Lea Manor High School’s motto is “learning for life”. It wants to be the best school in the country. The main goal is to make sure the children are safe and are nurtured by staff. The children’s well-being is at the core of the school. The school follows British values. This includes having respect and consideration for others. The aim of the curriculum is for the children to develop the skills they need to live in a modern world.

Ofsted report

“Students make good progress and achieve well. This is because teaching, typically, is good, and teachers are ever-alert to any individual who is falling behind. The school gives good support to disabled students and those with special educational needs. They are catching up with the standards reached by other groups of students. Students enjoy their lessons. The headteacher’s ambitious vision for the school is clearly communicated so that the collective efforts of staff and students are sharply and constructively focused. School leaders know what the school is doing well and are quick to identify areas for improvement. Their actions are improving the quality of teaching and learning.”
