This post offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to build on the rapid improvement and successes of recent years, to take Dyson Perrins into the next exciting stage of its development. Our current Headteacher is moving to another headship after four very successful years. He leaves the school in a strong position: rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2015, and with pupil progress measures consistently above local and national averages. 

This role is well suited to either an existing Headteacher, or a Deputy Headteacher in pursuit of their first headship, who can demonstrate:

• A commitment to development and learning for every pupil
• Visible, hands-on and dynamic leadership
• The inspiration and vision to lead, with a passion for teaching & learning
• How he/she can move Dyson Perrins from good to outstanding
• Strong communications skills to enthuse all members of the school community
• Authenticity and integrity 
• A vision for how Dyson Perrins can develop and flourish in an ever-changing educational landscape
• The skills to develop a school culture and curriculum that takes account of the school’s Christian values of loving and learning
