Sacred Heart is a two-form entry Catholic Primary School in New Malden (South West London) with a vibrant, supportive and friendly school community. We are proud of our academic performance and inclusive ethos. Governors are looking to appoint a Headteacher who will be an inspirational leader with the vision, adaptability and drive to continue the excellent standards of the school, while we venture on the journey of joining the Sancta Familia Catholic Academy Trust. You will have a personal commitment to Catholic education and to the spiritual development of the pupils. You will be excited about this role and demonstrate the passion, commitment and resilience to deliver high quality teaching and learning and the personal qualities and skills to empower and develop the staff and leadership team further.

We require:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and NPQH or experience in a leadership role and the ambition to achieve NPQH.
•A committed, practising Catholic with a clear vision and strong commitment to Catholic Education.
• An inspirational leader with a proven track record of effective leadership, raising standards and successful whole school improvement.
• A leader who will continue to develop and sustain a culture of respect, ambition and challenge for all in the school.
• A reflective strategic thinker who shows initiative and can deliver outcomes to make the school the best it can be.
• Professional skills including interpersonal and communication skills.
• A commitment to working closely in partnership with parents, the local community and the parish.
