INSPIRE AND ACHIEVE

Are you the person to inspire and lead our future?

The opportunities at The Radcliffe School have had a significantly positive impact on the achievements of our students. We are proud of our students’ public examination performance and their progress measures.

What would you do with this rare opportunity to shape the direction of our school’s vibrant identity within the local and national community?

Our values and beliefs centre around our relentless conviction in our shared responsibility to secure success for each student, each day. A key part of this role will be the development of our strategic vision, which includes leading beyond our organisation.

How do you inspire? Is this the challenge you’ve been looking for?

We are never complacent. Our cohorts fluctuate year-to-year and we serve a diverse community, ranging from rural locations to urban areas in which there is significant deprivation. Our success is built upon a total commitment to raising the aspirations of all.

The Radcliffe School is a co-educational secondary comprehensive located in Milton Keynes. It has around 1,190 students aged 11-18, 125 of whom attend the Sixth Form.

Radcliffe has dedicated provision for students who have autistic spectrum disorders. Although the vast majority of learners are educated on a single site, a small number of older pupils do make use of off-site provision for vocational courses.
