The Board of the Bridgwater and Taunton College Trust and the Local Governing Body of West Somerset College are seeking to appoint an exceptionally talented individual to the position of Headteacher.

You will need to have significant senior leadership experience and a proven track record of driving strategy for continuous improvement.
