The Governors of Highfields School are seeking an inspirational and ambitious individual to lead the school through the next exciting phase of its development. The person will have vision, strategic leadership and clear direction for Prep and Pre-Prep and Kindergarten.

As Headteacher you will be leading highly skilled, dedicated teachers and support staff as part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team and you will play a key part in developing excellent learning outcomes through teaching and learning strategies. You will focus on maximising the contribution of teaching staff, maintaining and improving the quality of the education offered by the school and implementing and sustaining effective systems and processes.
