Our school motto is 'Helping, Motivating, Succeeding' and the successful candidate will need to have the skills and ambition to promote excellent teaching and learning and be an enthusiastic, inspirational and committed leader to drive forward these aims.
In this exciting role you will benefit from a dedicated team of staff, governors and involved parents. We offer a creative learning environment, which extends beyond the classroom and is part of an active local community. This includes our Charity shop, Close Links, which helps to teach our students life skills within the community.
Our vision is ultimately to enable our students to become "Active Citizens" beyond school, ready for the next challenge of college, work and independent living. We help them to achieve this inside and outside school, through access to a variety of learning opportunities with the involvement of their families.
