Recreation Road Infant School (RRIS) is an outstanding four-form entry infant school in the heart of one of Norwich’s most attractive residential areas. RRIS has a diverse range of inquiring and motivated pupils and a talented, enthusiastic, and committed staff across all levels.

Following the announced retirement of our existing head, we are looking for an exceptional person to lead the school, starting in January 2018.

We are looking for someone that can:

  • Maintain and develop RRIS’ unique and positive ethos, as well as its excellent outcomes for pupils.
  • Provide vision, leadership and strategic direction to the school in a constantly changing educational landscape.
  • Work collaboratively with the school’s staff to manage everyday activities.
  • Represent and demonstrate our core values of equality, openness, democracy and social responsibility.
