Following the retirement of our longstanding Headteacher, the governors of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader with clear vision to maintain and build on the achievements of this happy and successful school.

We are looking for a person who:

• Is a committed and practicing Catholic who has a clear vision of the distinctive nature of St. Joseph's School
• Will possess the drive to maintain this good school and build on the firm foundations and good progress already established
• Has a commitment to maintaining a successful partnership between parents, parish, local clusters of schools, community, diocese and local authority
• Will have high expectations of pupils' achievement and behaviour, and work collaboratively with staff, pupils and parents to develop all children to their fullest potential.
