At Cliffe VC Primary School our aim is to create a forward thinking, inspirational teaching environment where every child is happy at school, enabling them to thrive, grow and achieve. The atmosphere in school is very friendly and welcoming. We were rated as Good by Ofsted in 2016.
We have a very strong historical relationship with the North Selby Cluster which provides CPD and strong headteacher support. In addition, we are also part of the much larger Selby Cluster which delivers school to school support including moderation and a subject leader support network.
Our new Headteacher will:

- Lead by example, providing inspiration and an environment which encourages ambition while staying true to our ethos and values.
- Provide cover for teaching staff as appropriate.
- Have the expertise to effectively analyse data and manage the budget.
