Job overview
Would you like to join a team who are really proud of our happy school environment and all work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes and achievement for all our children?
Ingleby Greenhow Church of England VC Primary School is a small, forward thinking village school, located within the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. Currently rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted and SIAMS, we are well-respected and known for our high standards, inclusivity and the exemplary behaviour of our pupils. We pride ourselves on the ability to address the needs of all of our pupils within our care, to provide a happy, warm and welcoming environment where learning is fun and everyone can feel safe and secure.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional leader to influence, shape and further develop the future Christian vision of our school to ensure our continued success. You will be working alongside a committed team of staff and a governing body that is ambitious for our school, with high aspirations for all pupils and staff.
We are seeking to appoint an influential and passionate leader, who is resilient and able to build strong and effective teams as well as maintain and develop excellent stakeholder relationships and networks. An outstanding teaching practitioner, you will be absolutely committed to the spiritual, moral and social development of students, as well as the very highest academic standards, within the context of a Christian ethos and values.
To succeed, you must be a proven leader with a good understanding of the needs and demands of a small rural school, a clear vision for our future and the ability to maximise pupil numbers. Financially astute, you will possess the skills required to analyse and present data effectively.
If you share our passion to deliver positive outcomes that continually transform the future of our children, this is your chance to make a real and lasting difference. In return, we can offer you strong support, the freedom to shape the future of our school and the opportunity for your continued professional development.
