The successful candidate will:

  • Continue to develop a school culture that is aspirational and organised so that teachers can teach and pupils can learn - demonstrating the highest expectations
  • Inspire and motivate pupils and staff to achieve their full potential and have a track record of raising standards
  • Have a clear vision for continuous improvement and build on the school’s strengths and successes
  • Demonstrate proven leadership and management skills to lead on school improvement across the local group of Trust schools
  • Communicate regularly with pupils, parents, staff, governors and the Trust about the school’s ongoing plans

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of leadership and management at a senior level, a recent Headteacher or senior leader within Key Stage 1 and 2 environments
  • Will continue to drive improvement and raise standards
  • Is forward thinking with high expectations of pupils and staff
  • Is an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Will actively seek to build good relationships with staff, parents, governors and the local as well as pupils
  • Will be committed to developing personal and staff expertise
  • Will promote inclusion and diversity at all levels
  • Will lead by example in promoting pupil welfare and emotional wellbeing
  • Will be fully committed to supporting and developing the Christian ethos of the school
