The Focus-Trust is looking for an exceptional Head Teacher with a strong drive in making a positive difference to children's lives.

Lyndhurst is a large multi-cultural school within easy distance of Oldham town centre. It is an improving school with the drive and ambition to become great. We are looking for a talented school leader who will take on the challenge and help us to achieve our aims by building great schools in the heart of our communities.

We are seeking an experienced school leader who can demonstrate tangible evidence of impact from their work.

You will:

• Be dedicated to developing a learning environment where children can grow in confidence and succeed;
• Have an excellent understanding of how to meet the needs of our diverse school community;
• Know how to work closely with a strong team of professionals to deliver excellent teaching, learning and assessment;
• Be able to deliver accelerated improvements in pupil outcomes
