All Hallows Catholic High School is a flourishing, high achieving and oversubscribed 11-16 high school. It is well known for its high standards of pupil behaviour and academic success.  It is oversubscribed each year and has a roll of 898.

The Governors of this high achieving and highly successful school wish to appoint a Headteacher from 1 September 2018 on the retirement of their long serving and valued Headteacher. OFSTED and the Archdiocese of Liverpool judged the school to be 'Outstanding' in all categories in their most recent inspections.

The school has a strong Catholic mission at the centre of its community life, which was recognised by OFSTED, The school's ethos of `growing together' is central to its belief that it works in partnership, not isolation, with all participants.

The Governors are looking to appoint an outstanding leader who will build on this well-established culture of high achievement.

All Hallows Catholic High School is a mixed, Roman Catholic, 11-16, voluntary-aided secondary school, situated in Penwortham in Lancashire. The school is under the trusteeship of the Archdiocese of Liverpool, and the Governing Body is the Admissions Authority. There are 893 students on the school roll.

All Hallows Catholic High School opened in 1975. In 2007 a building programme enabled all departments to be located in specific areas of the school and also provided an additional Science Laboratory. Over the last six years the entire school has been refurbished.
