Jordanhill School is a co-educational school located in Glasgow, Scotland. First established in 1920, the school provides places for students aged 4-19, and consists of both a primary and secondary. Taking its funding directly from the Scottish government, rather than the local authority, the school has around 1000 pupils across all departments, with slightly more in secondary. The school has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as a result is able to boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, including major refurbishment taking place in 2008, which added several new classrooms and a new school building.
