Ruislip Gardens Primary School is a large three form entry primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Headteacher who has the vision to drive our school forward, to the next stage of its journey and deliver on our promise to provide children with exceptional care and attention, while encouraging all round achievement to strive for academic excellence.

We are looking for a leader who will work with all the staff and pupils of Ruislip Gardens Primary School to improve upon our recent Ofsted inspection which found that the school ‘requires improvement’. Our ideal candidate will be someone who:

  • Is an aspiring or      existing Headteacher, with significant previous experience of ‘whole      school’ responsibilities;
  • Can contribute to      the strategic direction and development of the whole school and;
  • Will be able to      think strategically to build, then communicate a school vision of      excellence and equality, that sets high standards for every pupil.

Our school is based in the diverse community of Ruislip Gardens, in West London and can offer the successful candidate a chance to work with pupils in a rich and well-rounded curriculum. We can also offer the ability to lead and develop a staff team comprised of hardworking and dedicated professionals committed to developing our school into a beacon of excellence.

Our Governing Body is highly supportive and is looking to work collaboratively with the successful candidate to move our school from Requires Improvement, to Good, to Outstanding.
