An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA/Executive Assistant to the Headteacher. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a PA or Senior Administrator and have excellent organisational skills. A high level of competency in using Microsoft Office and the ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and work to deadlines is essential. Duties include report writing, diary management and collating complex and confidential information as well as contributing to the overall support function for the Senior Leadership Team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required and the postholder will have the ability to liaise with staff at all levels and work effectively as part of a team. This is a busy and demanding role and the postholder will need to have a flexible approach to work, to be able to use their own initiative as well as work effectively as part of the larger team.  A full range of duties and responsibilities can be found in the job description.
