Permanent, 36.5 hours per week

Full time (Term Time Only plus 5 days during summer holidays)

Full time salary £20,903 rising to £27,041

Pro rata salary £18,684 to £24,170

We are looking to appoint an exceptional Headteachers PA to join our dedicated team of support staff. The successful candidate will undertake a full range of secretarial and administrative duties and ensure the efficient and effective running of the Headteachers office and daily business.


The successful candidate will: -


· Be an excellent administrator with high level PA skills


· Able to provide a high quality and confidential service


· Have exceptional IT skills


· Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism and high standards


· Be a highly organised, efficient and motivated person


· Have excellent communication skills and able to deal with staff, students, parents and visitors


· Have a professional and friendly approach


· Able to meet deadlines and multi-task in a busy environment

Hillcrest School and Sixth Form Centre is a non-selective 11 – 18 girls’ school with approximately 650 students.  Girls are admitted in Years 7-11 (ages 11-16) and both boys and girls are admitted to our mixed Sixth Form Centre. The school is a member of The Oaks Collegiate, a close network of 10 Secondary and 7 Primary Schools in South-West Birmingham.   Hillcrest has well established systems and structures in place to support staff at all stages of their career journey.
