Headteacher required for a well-renowned Grammar school based in Sale, Greater Manchester.
Tes is currently seeking an ambitious Headteacher for a well-renowned and high achieving Grammar School located in Sale, Greater Manchester. The current post holder is retiring and the school is, therefore, seeking a strong and accomplished leader to continue to schools success in regards to results, student intake and OFSTED reports.
The school has been Outstanding for a number of years and has achieved fantastic results across GCSE and A-level, supporting around 1,350 students on the school's role with around 360 of those being in the school's Sixth Form function.

The school expects:
- a UK teaching qualification such as PGCE/PGDE, SCITT, BEd or MEd with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- NPQH is desirable
- a degree with an MSc or further degree being advantageous
- previous experience working Senior Management Team level within a successful 'Good' or 'Outstanding' school
- a passion for improvement and a keen eye for detail
