Job overview

Required for 1 January 2019. The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a Headteacher who will continue to lead and inspire the next phase of the school’s development after thirteen very successful years of leadership from our current Headteacher.

To be successful you will:

  • Be able to share our  passion for education and demonstrate outstanding leadership, management and communication skills.
  • Have a proven track record in strategic leadership with the ability to manage change.
  • Provide inspirational leadership ensuring delivery of academic excellence through the highest possible standards of teaching and learning.
  • Celebrate diversity, equality and inclusion and is passionate about enabling every student to achieve their potential.
  • Develop other community links and collaboration networks – building and further developing partnerships between students, parents, feeder schools and the wider community.
